6pm May 19th 2011 The Social Club AGM will be held in the clubhouse at the
above time and date. All the papers can be viewed below. These will be added to
as they become available. The nomination forms for places on the management committee
and officer posts are now in the foyer. These will need to be completed
(including proposers and seconders) by May 12th. Submissions for rule changes should be made and delivered
to the club by May 9th. These can also be emailed to john.harries@norfolk.gov.uk by
that date. Please note that email votes and proxy votes will not be
possible for the AGM, and only social club members can attend. Forms for
joining are available from the club website. |
